In a sacred, safe, beautiful, and creative atmosphere, we’ll share our dreams, using tools for interpreting our own unique dream language and symbology, including transpersonal psychology, expressive arts therapy modalities, and Hazrat Inayat Khan’s Sufi teachings on dreams. These modalities take us into embodied work that allows us to connect deeply to the richness of our inner world through all of the senses, our physical and psychic bodies. With this rich material and Saphira’s sensitive and experienced insight, we will see how our life’s themes and essential soul qualities weave through our dreams from childhood to adulthood.
Saturday evening is the urs (anniversary of the death) of Sufi master Hazrat Inayat Khan. We will be joined by the master Middle Eastern musician Yuval Ron, to work with Inayat Khan’s teachings on dreams, sacred music, poetry and dance.
During breaks, workshop participants will have the opportunity to watch historic videos of Carl Jung, Marion Woodman, Zerka Moreno, and Hazrat Inayat Khan.
